2021 Annual Stewardship Pledge & 2021-2023 Debt-Elimination Pledge
This past year at Spring Valley Presbyterian church has been challenging. We had to adapt to a pandemic that basically postponed all activity in the church building for many months. But you came together in creative ways to continue to move forward in our worship and ministry. We devised our Thursday Worship Videos that to date have been viewed 6,727 times. We recorded Children’s Messages and weekly Bible Studies. We moved our meetings to Zoom. Through a dedicated work of a special Task Force we created ways for us to safely worship outside. Groups within the church continued to find ways to stay in touch and help each other.
Through all of this you have been faithful supporters of the church financially while all of us have had to deal with uncertainties and challenges in our personal lives. This year gave us all an opportunity to reflect on our lives and rethink our directions and habits. Rather than see this as something that stopped us, we found ways to continue to push ahead.
Please pray about your financial gift to the church for 2021. Our Annual Budget Campaign is also being run alongside our three-year Debt-Elimination Campaign, which pays for our mortgage. As we move toward our 50th anniversary in 2027 we are asking all of us to dig a little deeper to keep our church strong in 2020. Let us all do our part to keep our church financially stable and secure as we move ahead.

We now have the capability for you to give through our website! You can set up one-time or periodic payments using a credit card, savings or checking account. Credit cards accepted are: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The church pays a 2.75% fee for credit and debit card transactions. This is secured once you enter the process.
Currently we are able to accept gifts for our General Fund Giving and our Debt Reduction Campaign giving. We plan to expand this to include other funds in the future.
